Erin Baldwin, Consumer Advocate, filed a Section 1983 Civil Rights Complaint in Federal Court on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 in Federal Court for violation of her constitutional rights under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth & Fourteeneth Amendments to the United States Constitution.

The Complaint was personally served on Judge Franz E.
