Erin Baldwin Files Civil Rights Complaint in Federal Court – Judge Franz Miller Orders Her Arrested

Erin Baldwin, Consumer Advocate, filed a Section 1983 Civil Rights Complaint in Federal Court on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 in Federal Court for violation of her constitutional rights under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth & Fourteeneth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
The Complaint was personally served on Judge Franz E. Miller and the Orange County Public Defenders’ Office one hour after it was filed. In retaliation, Judge Franz Miller issued a bench warrant for Baldwin’s arrest for failure to appear at a hearing that had a fully-executed stipulation to continue filed with the Court on August 15, 2011.
